Take the day to explore this picturesque town, perhaps stopping off at Anthonij Rupert Wines for their Shiraz and Charcuterie festival. The festival features 18 of the country’s top Shiraz-producing estates paired with a range of salamis, cured hams and sausages.
Coffee-lovers of all kinds will be pleased to know that a convention dedicated to their drink of choice will be held at Cape Town City Hall. Featuring a selection of local and global coffee culture, The Cape Town Coffee Festival will run from the 31st of May to the 2nd of June 2019.
Closer to home, guests can meet real-life Iron Man Conrad Hicks at his latest exhibition entitled Implement. Showcased at the Southern Guild gallery, the exhibition displays Conrad’s signature hand-forged metal furniture and sculpture. Implement runs from the 24th of May to the 17th July 2019.
