As 2019 reaches its middle mark, take the time to savour winter in Camps Bay at The Marly.
What with the new-look Marly reopening with aplomb in August, visitors can spend the two-month interlude exploring an impressive array of activities held on the Atlantic Seaboard and surrounds.
Hide from the Cape’s infamous northwester with a show in any of the city’s world-class theatres. The Solo Afrika Festival of Mono Drama takes place at Artscape from 3-8 June or dance yourself warm at Wolf Pack Productions’ Full Moon party on 15-16 June. Held in the historical setting of the Castle of Good Hope, the event will feature two dance floors, live DJs and craft and food stalls.
If you’d rather opt for berets over a boogie, the annual Bastille Festival will take place in Franschhoek on the 15th of June and promises a celebration of fine wine, fancy food and all things French.
Sunday the 16th of June is when we want to celebrate Dad – treat him to a fantastic Father’s Day with a complimentary welcome drink and great winter menu specials at all Kove Collection eateries.
